It’s with a heavy heart that I say goodbye to someone so incredibly special — our Lorna. The sweetest, kindest soul you could ever meet. She had a way of making everyone feel seen, heard, and loved, always putting others before herself, even in the smallest, most thoughtful ways.
Lorna was more than just a friend — she was the kind of person who made you feel like family from the moment you met her. She had the ability to connect with anyone, instantly putting people at ease with her warmth, her humour, and her genuine interest in their lives. Whether you knew her for years or had just met her, Lorna had a way of making you feel welcome — like you belonged.
Lorna was the kind of person who lit up any room, not just with her cute little smile, but with her warm spirit, her quick wit, and, her love for a good chit chat or a bit of gossip. I’ll forever miss those, her stories, her company. She was easy to talk to, full of wisdom and warmth, always genuine and always real.
Lorna was intelligent, thoughtful, and had a heart that held space for everyone. She never missed an opportunity to care for those around her — always checking in, always remembering the little things that made people feel special. She looked after everyone, often without needing to be asked. That was just who she was.
She truly was one of a kind. Her endearing diva ways lit up every room she walked into and we all adored her. It’s hard to imagine life moving forward without her — without her presence, her laughter, her kindness.
Lorna, you will be missed forever. You gave so much of yourself to this world, and we are all better for having known you. Rest peacefully, beautiful soul. You were — and always will be — deeply, deeply loved.

I am heartbroken to say goodbye to my lovely mum. She was taken too soon and had so much life left to live. Her kindness, strength, and unconditional love touched everyone who knew her. She had a way of making every day brighter with her warmth and gentle energy. Though my heart is heavy, I am grateful for the time spent and will always have our memories.

Life feels a lot more empty with you gone. You used to make each day at work brighter and a lot funnier, we would sit together, have breaks together and even when it all ended we still stayed good friends. To know that you left this world so suddenly breaks my heart, we would always talk about tomorrow and all the things still to come. I miss you, one day we will laugh again so until then sleep well.
I loved you as if you were my own mother. You truly were the kindest, most loving person anyone could ask for as a mother-in-law. I’ll miss the times we shared, the laughter you brought, and the incredible way you cared for everyone around you. You always went out of your way to help, and your warmth touched so many lives.

Miss Lorna – the most beautiful, selfless and remarkable person you could ever meet. I am so grateful to have had you in my life, as a dear friend and a mother figure to all. You brighten up the room with your kindness, hilarious stories, banter and intellect. It aches me so much that you’ve been taken from us too soon and they’ll be a massive gap in our lives. But I know you’ll always be by our side in spirit. So many cherished memories made that’ll never be forgotten. I love and adore forever lovely and we promise to take good care of little Bella 🐈⬛

I am heart broken you have been taken from us and your lovely family far too soon. You were the coolest mum. The cool mum who’s house everyone wanted to be in. You welcomed us all in. We could talk to you about everything and anything. You had the sweetest smile and the most warm, loving, gentle- nature. You welcomed us all with open arms. You were so good to me and my new born baby girl Aria. You made her first Halloween and Christmas so special with thoughtful gifts which I have and will forever treasure. You were a great cook, you warmed us with your soup on Autumn nights. You were a wee mammy through and through and although you have left behind heartbreak, you have also left us two amazing intelligent brilliant kids, Hayley and Joshua and a beautiful grandson Jack. You will live on forever through our jokes, stories, laughs and memories of you.
