Peacefully at University Hospital Monklands on Saturday, May 16th 2026, Ian Forrest, sadly passed away, aged 87. Dearly beloved husband of Morag, loving Dad of Catriona and Jennifer, father-in-law of David and Brian and dear grandpa of Callum, Iona, Joanna, Kenneth and Douglas.
A service to celebrate Ian’s life will be held at Holytown Crematorium on Monday, June 1st at 11.30am. Memorial Way, Holytown, North Lanarkshire, ML1 5RU.
Family flowers only please but donations can be given to the Renal Unit at Monklands Hospital.
