Bonnie was a beautiful wee lassie when we first met, and grew into a beautiful young woman.

3 April 2024 at 3:07 amMy dear beautiful childhood friend Bonnie! I’m truly devastated to hear of your passing! Can’t get my head around it!
I last saw you August of 2022 at Edinburgh Castle. With you and your brother Ivor. When you both came to see me perform at The Tattoo! Always one my biggest supporters! You’ve no idea how happy this made me!
I don’t know why you had to leave us all!
I was just so happy to have you back in my life even for a wee bit.
Truth is you’ve never left my life! I have the fondest of memories that will last a lifetime!
Every time I hear the songs “Sacrifice” by Elton John or “It must have been love” by Roxette. I immediately think of you and us playing it on repeat in your bedroom in Glenmavis!
Or the time we didn’t have money to pay the taxi fare from Glasgow so you gave the driver your mums engagement ring as collateral! That we both ended up getting grounded for!
Oh the memories!
I will cherish them as I have done for the rest of my life!
Bonnie Bonnie! You weren’t just a gorgeous face but person too!
Im just sorry we never got more time together! I never got to meet your husband and beautiful girls!
They will live on in your name!
My heart breaks for your whole family!
My stunning friend!
I’m sorry I can’t be with you on your day of rest! As I’m over here in the states!
I’ll never forget you my dear friend! Until we meet again!
Love you!
Rest in peace!
Margaret Kelly!
