Marion and I were at Coatbridge High School together, and were close friends.
I moved away at age 13, but kept in touch for a while, and remember visiting just after their first baby was born!
I heard today from a mutual friend of her sad passing.
Marion was a kind and lovely person, and I have always remembered her fondly.
